1. Information We Collect

When you interact with Fit with Nishika, we collect personal information you explicitly provide:

• Free Resource Requests: First name (optional) and email address submitted to download the Body Pattern Reset guide.
• Contact & Training Inquiries: Your name, email, phone number (optional), service interests, and custom message.
• Interactive Quiz Responses: Self-selected responses to the 5-minute Body Pattern Check to personalize your recommended movement focus.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

• Deliver requested educational PDFs and resources.
• Respond directly to training, speaking, or clinic inquiries.
• Send occasional educational newsletters, only if you explicitly checked the opt-in box.

3. Protection & Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We use hosting and database services (Vercel and Google Cloud / Firebase). Brevo email delivery will be configured separately before automated email sending begins.

4. Unsubscribing & Data Deletion

Newsletter sending is not yet enabled. If you opt in, your preference is recorded for future updates. Before marketing emails are sent, subscription and unsubscribe handling will be connected to the email provider. If you would like your submitted contact details or lead records deleted from our database, email [email protected] and we will promptly erase your records.

5. Healthcare Privacy Notice

Please do not submit sensitive personal health records, diagnostic imaging reports, or detailed medical histories via public website forms. Formal clinical records for patients treated at Physiocare Physiotherapy are maintained separately according to Ontario healthcare compliance standards (PHIPA).
