Build from your starting point. Personal training with Nishika Singh

A plan is a starting point. Coaching helps you build on it.

We’ll talk about what you want from training, where you’re starting, what equipment you have and what schedule feels realistic.

In sessions, I’ll coach your exercise setup, technique, effort and progressions. We can adjust your plan as your goals, schedule and experience change.

What would help you right now?

Turn ideas into a routine.

We’ll work through exercise selection, technique and progression, then adapt the plan to your equipment and schedule.

Coaching

Learn exercise setup and technique with clear feedback during your sessions.

Progression

Build gradually from your current starting point, with adjustments as your capacity changes.

Accountability

Create a realistic routine and keep working toward your goals when life gets busy.

My physiotherapy background informs my understanding of movement. Personal training remains a fitness service, separate from physiotherapy assessment and treatment. Explore both services.

You don’t need to arrive already fit.

Supportive, clear and focused. You’ll understand what an exercise is for, how to approach it and how we’ll build from your current starting point.

A few things you might be wondering

Why pay for personal training when workouts are free online?

Free workouts can be useful for ideas. Personal training gives you individualized coaching: we choose a realistic starting point, work on setup and technique, progress the plan and adapt it to your schedule and goals.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Training can start at your current level and progress gradually. You don’t need to know how to use every piece of equipment before your first session.

Is personal training physiotherapy?

No. Personal training is a fitness coaching service. Nishika’s physiotherapy background informs her understanding of movement, but training sessions do not include physiotherapy assessment or treatment. If you need clinical care, ask about the separate physiotherapy service.

What if I have pain or an injury?

Tell Nishika before booking so you can discuss the right service. If you need a clinical assessment, arrange physiotherapy or speak with an appropriate health professional. Personal training does not diagnose or treat an injury.

What equipment do I need?

That depends on your goals and the session location. Ask what equipment is available or needed before starting.

Are sessions available at home or online?

Ask about current location, format and availability. We’ll discuss the practical details before you book.

What are the rates and session options?

Ask about current personal-training rates and availability.
